If you are thinking of buying a unit in the building I would urge you to reconsider. We lived in the building for less than a year because we had so many issues, from the poor quality of the build to the terrible management and security team, to rude and non-compliance residents. I'll outline a few things here: 1. Maintenance fees: the building was only 2 years old when we moved in and it already had a ton of structural problems. Management raised the condo fees during the pandemic and didn't communicate this to the residents When we asked them why they brushed us off and didn't provide any explanation. Keep in mind, all of the amenities were closed at this time. 2.Flooding: our unit flooded twice and when we asked management and security why this happened, they brushed us off again 3. Poor building quality: the developers seem to have slap dashed this building together because the quality of the units is really bad. The units are not soundproofed at all, you can hear your neighbours and everything that happens in the hall. The elevators are constantly broken and I routinely had to wait 20 minutes to get on an elevator 4. Security: What are they there for? They never do anything when asked. I had someone follow me into the building who didn't have a fob and was clearly not a resident. He harassed me in the elevator and when I reported the incident to security they said they couldn't do anything about it. Someone also broke into our locker and stole a few items, and again security said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to at least give me a copy of the security tapes so I could file a police report and they said no. 5. Anti-masker and rude residents: almost on a daily basis I had to ask people to put masks on, or told them not to get on the elevator because they weren't wearing masks. This was condo policy but they would get verbally abusive. People were generally rude and inconsiderate to their neighbours, cooking with the door open, leaving garbage in the halls and in the stairwell, parking in our parking space numerous times. We had a very bad experience living here and I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone. There are so many developments going up in the next few years, I wouldn't waste your time with this location.

Very cheap low quality, high maintenance, no facility runs properly, management very bad, all service awful, elevators broken, ac broken, dryer very noisy! When we purchased no one care to fix anything. Very dirty hallways, very noisy, no soundproofing, very poor quality and service and management... Overall very disappointed to buy it!

I cannot stress this enough - do not buy a condo in this building! I purchased a unit and regretted it immediately. To summarize, it is poorly built (already falling apart even though it is only a few years old), management is dismissive and ineffective, and the residents of the building are rude and leave garbage and dog feces everywhere. Some of the specific issues I encountered are as follows: 1. Units are not soundproofed. You can hear every noise from the hallway. When you’re in the hallway you can hear everyone’s private conversations. A lot of residents also have birds which you can hear at all hours of the night 2. Flooding in the units - almost every unit on our floor has had flooding. Management sent out an email saying that it’s the fault of the neighbours above you and threatened that they better have $25k available to pay the building's insurance deductible as it is not their fault 3. Elevators are always broken. It can take 10 mins + for an elevator to come 4. This building is home to a lot of anti-maskers/residents that leave garbage in the stairwells, dog feces in the hall, in the parkade, you name it. There are also a few residents that leave dirty pee pads on their balconies. 5. Rude /dismissive management. I had several issues including someone parking in my spot, my locker was broken into, verbally assaulted by an individual refusing to wear a mask etc. Management did not follow up after any of these incidences 6. Management does not communicate important things such as condo fee increases. Very disorganized. 7. There is no “community” in the building. No one cares about the well being of other residents. If you do buy in the building, good luck selling it in a few years when the condo fees have increased due to everything breaking + there are several new developments in the area that will be much more appealing.

The builder was very cheap. Shower unit leaking needs to be completely regrouted and recaulked. The building is 2 years old!!! Cheap builder and awful management that don't take responsibility for the cheap build with major issues. Let's see what the next issue will be.

No cameras, not enough parking spots, pool always shut down (right now drained for last couple months), spa not clean, roof in underground almost came completely off, elevators shut down constantly (Due to problems with system), constantly shutting down in summer and leaks are also a MAJOR issue in the building. None of the units, including mine, had essential caulking to reduce leaking into the floor below. As well as most, if not, all of the units were unfinished when the building opened. And some still remain so. Management is also very abusive, specifically the two female managers. They will scream at the top of their lungs (sometimes in a different language) and they will call you names while doing so. They also abuse their position by not providing proper assistance if they “don’t like you” and will break the rules if they “do like you” which makes me wonder what the criteria to be liked or even respected is... They will also threaten you very unprofessionally and speak to you in juvenile ways that most teenagers will not even resort to. They do not take their job seriously and most residents in the building really dislike them. (unless they are in the same little “clique” they have). Myself along with many other people, virtually everyone I’ve ever spoken within the building, are very disappointed with their professionalism and ability to properly do their job.

This condo was made by a cheap builder and everything in this building is cheap. The worst part is the gym/pool area which is constructed in the cheapest way. Security staff not good at all. They are asking for $200 deposit for using the BBQ. Overall, the worst Condo Complex ever.

Amazing condo! I love my new condo! Although there is still some construction going on.. all in all FANTASTIC builder. I have a very modern kitchen with granite counter tops, upgraded extra tall upgraded cabinets and back splash included. Parking and locker was also included in the purchase price. Many other builders charges extra for this normal necessities. Great location and I hear that the subway will extent to this area soon. The condo facilities are not all available yet but include; Rooftop patio, indoor and outdoor swimming pools a fully licensed Bar areas, and Exercise/Pilates rooms.
