Emerald Park Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

...the only thing good about this condo is its location and access to subway. everything in this building has a very low quality. upon the first month of living here our oven and washing machine stopped working. took us two months to fix the washing machine since they had to take it out and the dryer was very heavy and they ended up taking the door out and etc. someone fixed the oven but it stopped working again a week after and we just gave up. the apartment is very cold even though we increased the temperature to 80. we just got used to it. the hardwood under the doors is coming off and there are a lot of stains on the hardwood even though we are very clean family. they don't clean the windows enough and the floor plans are terrible. I'm paying 2500 for the rent of a two bedroom but one of the bedrooms is as small as a den and it's completely useless. the unit is very very small and the elevators are very slow. don't even get me started on the fire alarms and how terrible the management is. the lobby is pretty small and ugly and you have to pay for visitor parking. I definitely won't suggest this building to anyone and will move from here as soon as find something else. I have been living in 3-4 condos in this city and by far I have never seen anything like this building...
