Arc condos - a great location, directly on the subway line, Sheppard extension, north-east corner of Bayview and Sheppard. Very unique architecture - looks like a cruise ship. Great amenities. I love the proximity to the Bayview village shopping mall – it is just in front of the building with all the stores and Loblaws. Also TTC entrance is in the same building.

The best North York location

Very convenient location - directly at Sheppard and Bayview. Less than a minute walk to the subway station and 2 minutes walk to the Bayview Village Shopping Centre - amazing shopping options. I really like living here, though it is not the newest condominium. also visually the building stands out through its ship-like shape. The only thing that I do not like is the view on a parking lot in front of the Bayview Village center - other units have a nicer southern or west exposure. My unit faces east.

This building looks like a cruise ship arriving in a sea of parking to arrive at the Loblaws dock.
