Ritz Carlton Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

This condo has a pretty nice architecture from the outside. The actual building itself is very straightforward. It has some shared with a hotel Ritz Carlton shared common areas such as a hotel swimming pool. The swimming pool is quite small, puny but has a nice city view on nearby buildings. Unluckily you have to share it with hotel guests but you still pay a maintenance fee. There is a gym on the 5th floor - is not shared with a hotel though residents can use a hotel gym as well. The building is separate from the hotel - a separate entrance, a separate lobby but both buildings are connected. The inside is more classic looking, catered to more mature clientele, not too modern.

A luxurious condo living, located very conveniently next to the CBC building and connected to the Ritz Carlton hotel. Walking distance to all downtown locations. Amenities are shared with a hotel. Can use hotel gym and swimming pool though I have seen better amenities in other condominiums.

A fancy condo building connected with a direct path to the Ritz Carlton hotel. They share amenities. The swimming pool is located in the hotel, is not the biggest one you need to walk over to the hotel. Condo has a gym and a rather small lobby, nicely looking though with neat attention to detail.
