Beautiful and highly functional amenities in this building, the theatre, in particular, is a nice perk for residents. Overall the building is always clean, well secured, and the residents seem friendly. Units are small but functional. Location is great, very close to the core and theatre district.

far from luxury

Not worth it, I love the view and location but the condos are far from luxury, units are very average and not sound proof at all, first days here I though the unit was hunted because I can hear everything.

Elegant building

An incredibly elegant building in the heart of the Entertainment District. If you want to live in the centre of it all, this is a great building for you. Prices are a bit higher than average, but it's a quality building.
