...I love living at the Vu. Great staff, efficient admin team, well-maintained grounds and common elements, great amenities featuring a huge rooftop terrace and two party rooms, fully equipped gym & saunas, reasonable maintenance fees, spectacular views, and perfect downtown location. However, there’re way too many dogs, (many very large ones), drooling all over the elevators, often leaving a foul doggy stink behind. Also, at all the exits there’s an endless supply of dog urine against the walls and trailing from each of the outdoor flower pots. Very unsightly and unpleasant! Not too mention that dogs generate a great deal of extra work for the cleaning staff, making me resent having to share in the cost of extra cleaning...
