I have been here since 2011, I love the location. The building is in great condition. Best investment ever!

Lake View

(3.3 out of 5 stars)

I recently purchased a flat here. I greatly enjoy the Jacuzzi, Large in door swimming pool and fantastic gym! I no longer need a club membership to stay fit. The maintenance staff are nice and keep the place in good shape. Majority of the residents are young and very friendly. Great location, only 30 minutes to downtown Toronto. The only issue that I have seen so far is that the elevators tend to break down often.

not the best location

Positive: Solid condo, well built and well run. Good sized gym and pool, so no need for memberships elsewhere. No so positive: If you want a coffee in the morning, you'll have to walk to the gas station or get in your car... that just sucks.

Gigantic gym

(5.0 out of 5 stars)
by Anne Marie Lorusso Feb 15, 2017
I've leased a condo out for a client a couple of times in the past several years and visiting anything close to comparable while I had my own listing up. The condo rental market is brisk and there is always a good interest in it when it comes up. I agree with the review below that says this is a good solid condo which was well built and is well run. People usually go nuts over the gigantic gym (renovated in 2014) and the large pool. They also have nice common terraces and tonnes of visitor parking. The immediate area is becoming more pedestrian friendly as the adjacent buildings get completed and ground floor shops open up and minutes to Union Stn once the Fleet St-Queens Quay streetcar is back online, meanwhile it's a quick bus ride up Bathurst St all the way to the subway station. The running/biking path starts across the street (Lakeshore) all the way to the Humber River. Lots of green spaces to enjoy and also easy to get to the waterfront & marina. There are so many choices when it comes to sizes and views. This building is worth considering if you are shopping for a rental or buying.
