Not a good place for Family

PROs: location, convenience for shopping and walkable distance to many downtown offices. CONs: numerous building/management issues with elevators, heating/cooling problems, etc. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy with strange types roaming around. Notorious nightlife. School poor rating and low standard.

Very good place

Close to everywhere, Dundas square, transportation, financial district, and great views. Amenities are great too. I lived in city place before moving here and this place by far superior to that neighbourhood.

A plenty of issues

The building itself is nice and new but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy with strange types roaming around. The major problem is though that there are numerous building/management issues that we are experiencing here nearly every week: issues with elevators, heating/cooling problems, etc. I am looking now for another place and will move out as soon as my rental agreement is over.
