Nice Building Great Location

I have been living here for a few years and love the location, especially the proximity to public transportation, High Park, shops, restaurants and grocery. The building is clean, great staff, and nice people.

Close to High Park

It is a very decent condo to live in - I am renting here for nearly one year already. Several minutes walk to the High Park, a few minutes away from TTC (subway). A plenty of coffee shops around.

Layouts and finishes are nice

For the location, I think this building offers some excellent value. The south facing units are much more desirable as if you are north facing you have the TTC subway tracks right below. Layouts and finishes are nice, but I have had clients discouraged by the Dairy Queen in the bottom as they felt it kind of cheapened the building.
