...Stayed over at a friend's unit for 3 weeks. I have to say the concierge/front desk are amazing people. They are super friendly, and really helpful. Made my stay easy and comfortable! As for the building itself, the units are very nice, not as modern as newer condos but that can be a bonus. The build quality is superb; soundproofed walls, granite counters, proper hardwood floors. None of that cheap laminate floors you see at newer condos. The hot water has never failed (as far as I know). If I had to find a place downtown, I would highly consider a unit from this condo...
