Mosaic Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I've lived in this building for 4+ yrs and really have nothing bad to say about it. They keep it very clean, the amenities are good and I used the yoga room for 2.5 yrs. The location is unbeatable!! It's not. Not very noisy and there's a good mix of ppl living in the building. My unit is the perfect size and layout for a 1 bedroom. The only thing I would say is the hallways could use an update, the walls and carpet also.

Amazing location, great units, but the building itself isn't so nice. It's definitely better than other rentals available in the Annex, but the interior isn't as ritzy and well designed as some other condos. Very nice concierge people.
