A truly authentic loft living experience. Units here boast 12 Ft ceilings, concrete floors, huge balconies and very open floor plans. My Unit comes with a lofted ceiling with a custom made ladder leading to mini area that can be used for sleeping or storage. Great location for someone that works in the Financial district. The is also a 24Hr Metro downstairs; very convenient for those late night munchies. The amenities are great too..nice to have an indoor basketball court in your condo!

The location is perfect!

(4.0 out of 5 stars)

This building is definitely a true loft, unlike so many new buildings that try to say they are. The location is perfect as you can walk anywhere you need to be and are right on the Ryerson Campus. The unit I was in was a 1 bedroom with 12-foot ceilings so although it was tiny (about 700 square feet) the height made it seem so much larger. The layout for me does not work. The bedroom is right at the entrance of the unit so you do not have any windows, which is great if you want to sleep all day but I like daylight in my bedroom. The unit is very long and narrow so much in fact that the bathroom is in two rooms. One room for the shower and the other for the toilet and sink. It works and is a great use of the space but its tight. The rooftop patio is massive with lots of BBQ's that you can use anytime and lots of seating. This is a great spot to entertain your friends and the view is second to none. The amenities are all there, including a workout room, basketball court, and pool as well as a party room. Everything seems dated now and needs to be updated. A proper renovation of all the common area and amenities would surely help the resale value of these units and make the building come across as more high end. One thing I really did not like was the fact that you have to take two elevators to get to your floor. If you are carrying a lot of stuff or are in a rush this will surely be a very annoying feature. As it is a true loft conversation there are no balconies which takes some getting used to. Overall I would recommend this building to anyone who wants to walk to school or to work and is looking for a loft in the heart of the city.

Extremely well managed!

Like a fortress. You feel very secure here. Extremely well managed with friendly staff. Security is very helpful. A pet-friendly, always clean, orderly building where you can talk to people. If you are tall you will love the 12-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors. The central downtown core location is unbeatable; walk anywhere. Big grocery store right in the building. Amenities are second to none. While some of the floor plans are spectacular, some are a bit narrow until you get to the windowed end where they broaden into main living area. Raw warehouse floors and fluted mushroom columns might seem rough to those who prefer pristine finery, but there is a strong market for these rustic, original warehouse/factory lofts.
