Real "loft feeling"

(4.3 out of 5 stars)

It is a fantastic loft living experience – I have been living here now for two years, really enjoying it. Not all lofts out there offer such loft design features like fully exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Many modern lofts have concrete walls but lack a true “loft feeling”. There is nearby park if you want to hang out side during the summer time. And Lulu Lounge is a go-to place if you are into Latin dancing and salsa – it is just a 15 min walk away.

Industrial chic!

(5.0 out of 5 stars)
by Melanie Piche Sep 18, 2017
Industrial chic meets character. I'm a big fan of the Robert Watson lofts. Robert Watson is actually 2 buildings - a vintage conversion of 1903 candy factory and new building made of steel/glass. There are advantages to each building - the vintage section has exposed bricks and beams, but the new section is better for sound and has great balconies overlooking Sorauren Park. The facilities are minimal but great - a newly renovated gym, party room, and a great rooftop terrace. The residents there seem to be among the happiest. The fact that it's just steps from Roncy's restaurants and shopping and of the best parks in the city, of course, doesn't hurt.
