Green roof top views

I own a north facing place here with a cityscape view. Although most of the downtown core is a concrete jungle i enjoy the view of the green roof tops below. The interior finishings need some updating but the cork flooring throughout is a nice feature. I purchased here because floor plan was great - nice flow of space and very high ceilings. All the units here have oversize windows and balcony's and the building has a great shared courtyard with bbq's.

High ceilings, tons of light

Kensington Market Lofts is actually 2 buildings (160 Baldwin and 21 Nassau) and was converted in 2000 from a building originally built in the 1920's. There are 61 suites, high ceilings, massive windows and tons of light. Units on one side of the building have great balconies. Some of the suites have built-in mezzanines (make sure they are legal!) and the spaces vary from super-funky to blah-and-in-need-of renovation. Units don't come up for sale very often (and are usually snapped up in a couple of days). And being located in Kensington Market means it's hippie-central and oozes old-school coolness. .
