The building is well kept and most units are owner occupied. The people really care about the building and most are friendly. Management and the board are very responsive. Amenities are simple but adequate and low maintenance. Location is amazing for commuting in any direction by car or by train.

Awful management that charges fees at any chance they can. They also have very unprofessional and rude security guards. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been living here for two years now. I believe the management staff has changed once over this time period. I like the neighborhood very much and feel very safe here. The management is very prompt to respond to any questions that I have inquired about. I really enjoy the outdoor patio green space on the 6th floor which includes an outdoor hot tub. The major advantage in living here is the Long Branch GO station is right across the street. Streetcar transit is also available and a great public - dog friendly park and beach.
