Garment Factory Lofts, Toronto Condo Reviews 

This building has been very thoughtfully constructed to maximize space & add plenty of character. I enjoy summers on my large terrace which includes gas hookup for bbq'ing ( all units here offer this amazing feature ) and unobstructed east views overlooking tree tops and the lake. The advantage in living here are the low condo fees which means more spending money to enjoy what Leslieville has to offer. An abundance of amazing restaurants, bars, and LOTS of green space. I highly recommend the Garment Factory Lofts!! :)

I've lived here for 5 years and love the building, location and neighbours more each year. The building has a wide range of floor plans on 8 levels: levels 1-4 are hard loft original building, 5-8 are soft. 5th floor units have huge terraces- built into the old roof. The building is pet friendly and our pup has loads of friends here. There are dog parks in walking distance. Lots of designers and artists living here- aged late 20's to 50's. It's largely owner occupied with few rentals.
