...I've lived here for 3 years and am moving out relatively soon. I can confirm the review that the building itself is sub-par and the soundproofing between units is terrible. I can hear the unit above me walk around and if they have people over I can just about make out conversations happening. The front doors to the units are barely soundproof and you'll hear everything from the hallways. Lockers on the floors have been broken into more than once and items were stolen, property management has always seemed missing in action and when they do respond they're not professional. Security is definitely an issue for the building in more than one way. I'd agreed that the staff on-site throughout the week for cleaning are great to deal with and always friendly...
