...I love this building - in fact, it's one of my favorite buildings in Toronto. It's a gorgeous hard loft and even though there are 121 units it still feels very much like a small, boutique building. And it's extremely quiet - I've never run into more than 1 or 2 people in the hallways or elevator. It's also holding its value extremely well which is great news for sellers...
