In the city's finest true Loft conversion! Located in the heart of the Art+Design District. I recently purchased a newly renovated modern-luxurious custom suite. I love the sunny southern exposure from the huge arched windows. Most units here have 12 Ft high ceilings, historic wood beams, and very open concept. I also have a raised elevation bedroom.
