Mozo Condo, Toronto Condo Reviews 

...I have been living at the Mozo pretty much since the beginning and even bought another unit in the same building after a few years. The location is outstanding, as it's walking distance to the financial district, the distillery, st. Lawrence market, Cabbagetown, the waterfront, etc. I live in a "walk-up" model which I found strange at first, but now I love it as it offers a degree of isolation from the hallway noise. It also affords an opportunity for the creative to introduce some unique decorating elements you won't find in standard units. The balconies are a great size - very easy to put a whole patio set out there and entertain. The building staff is generally very helpful. The only minor quibble is that the parking garage is shared with the building next door and sometimes you have jockey for positioning when getting in/out with your car...
