Mozo Condo, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I've been a fan of this condo for a long time. The design/scale of the building is superb and I've always liked the King East area. Before I bought my place at Market Wharf, I looked at a number of 1 bedroom suites in this building but couldn't find anything liked.

My 3 biggest complaints were:

1) The building had long double loaded corridors 2) The suite layouts felt awkward 3) Many of the units were two-storey, but only had a small foyer on the lower floor and stairs leading upstairs. This is an old design trick developed by Le Corbusier (Swiss-born French architect) to reduce the number of corridors needed throughout the building (look up "skip stop" corridors). It's a brilliant design idea, but I didn't want a unit like that.

Though, I'm sure all the units aren't like that, so I'm still going to give the building a 4. I'd recommend it to a friend.
