...Windows has never been washed for almost 2 years since moving in. The pool still has not been turned over to the condo. Constant break-ins (units, locker, cars), the building has a security problem, probably due to the proximity of st. James Park. Exposed ceilings cause condensation and water to collect. Never have I seen all the elevators work at the same time, every two weeks another elevator will break down when the other one is just fixed. Most important of all, maintenance fees skyrocketed for a 2-year new building to 88 cents, some close to $1 PSF if you have locker and parking when the area average is just around 70 cents with decade-old buildings. Avoid this building at all costs...
