...I would also add that the noise level, at least for those units facing Church St. is unbelievable (and I say this having lived in Manhattan, NYC for 10 days!). Forget about opening your windows as the noise level from the King St. car (remember it runs 24-hours) is screeching loud crossing all sets of tracks all day/night, the transport deliveries at Metro Front St. enter the building of Church St. and as such the back-up beeping noise can be heard all day well into the evening, the construction site next to 60 Colborne St. has transport truck deliveries beginning at 6 am (banging of steel, drilling, etc. together with the beeping)...

Great location - central to the Financial District And St Lawrence Market. All units here have floor to ceiling windows. I will have North exposure and smooth ceilings. Steps to King St Subway (Yonge Line). The building features an amazing outdoor rooftop pool and a state of the art amenities.
