X Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I have lived in this condo for almost 5 years now. Recently the front desk staff has changed quite a bit and they are out of control on throwing their "rules" at you 24/7. The elevators are CONSTANTLY down, sometimes with no elevator service at all to the high rise and they tell you to just take the stairs. I have buzzed the pizza guy in before and the elevator timed out because it was broken and the pizza guy asked the front to re-buzz him up and the front desk called me and said they won't buzz him and made me walk down the stairs to pick up my order because he "didn't have a Fob"... They refuse to accept mail even though they are aware it will be coming under another name and they send it back, a huge inconvenience. They make new rules up as they go and just send an email saying effectivel immediately. They do the absolute minimum to help the residences out but as soon as you have a visitors car in the visitor parking too long they are VERY QUICK to call you and "write you up". I feel like this building treats its residences like we are in kindergarten and have no respect for their visitors or them for that matter for such a HIGHLY priced condo. It's such a shame, bring the old and useful staff back :(

Excellent management and the building is very modern and nice design. Newer building.

Minutes From U of T, Ryerson, The Village, 2 Subway Stns, Yorkville & 1 block from Yonge & Bloor! Many young professionals live in this tower.

X Condos has one of the nicest lobby's in the city in our opinion.
With a nice variety of plans and sizes this building attracts many buyer and condos for sale do not last long on the market.

I've enjoyed living here for the past couple of years. The units are fairly soundproof and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

The only problem I have is that the elevators are constantly not working. Even when they are working, they take forever, and there are only a few feet of space to stand in front of them. If you live on a high floor, this can become really aggravating.

Lived here the last couple of years and been quite happy with it. Good access to subway and amenities are nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Occasional issues with elevators and fire alarms, but nothing out of the ordinary. Typical residents are 25-35 year old professionals. There are a few families but I wouldn't say this is the norm.
