...I lived there. They created a lot of rules that people can not accept at all. For example: If you change the key you have to use XXX company. If you ask for clean, you have to use this company. Bicycle is not allowed to push upper stairs. The managers just want money. I feel like they got a commission from those companies each time they force the tendency to pay for the company. Anyway, today I was in a rush. I run to the lobby for my uber and they said I should not run and I might break the door. They said If the door brake in the future. I need to be responsible for that. Please. The door is for people to push. Are you guys sue me for going in or out too much for pushing your door...

...The security staff, residents, cleaning staff are all great. The only problem is the current manager. She is a power-hungry, megalomaniac who makes up her own rules - rules which make no sense and are just a bid to get more money out of residents (like a separate parking spot for motorcycles?!). She is unprofessional and incompetent...

I have lived in DNA2 prior to moving to DNA3 and it has been a completely different experience and not in a good way. DNA3 is so poorly managed. The management is rude, as is the security desk. Everything just seems to be a hassle, from booking rooms, elevators to the visitor parking situation - and it seems to be managements mission to make it as difficult as possible. If you're looking for a warm welcome - this is not the place for you. It is a beautiful condo but hopefully they will do something with the management of the building to cater to the residents.
