I was often brought to this building by my realtor. (She said that people who had bought into it made a lot of money.) One unit had a narrow staircase to a loft that didn't seem suitable for a retired person. Another was so small that I wouldn't know how to live there. A third unit was directly above the garbage containers. We almost made an offer on a ground-floor unit but there seemed to be a lot of noise from activity at the building entrance and elevators. It seemed fairly clear that this noise would pass through the unit door. This building looked promising, but never seemed to work out for us.
