...I can hear my neighbours fight, cough, etc. through my bedroom walls. My sleep was disturbed enough that I have moved into my living room to sleep. Also, there is no noise attenuation between the hallway and the unit, so you can hear everyone talking in the hallway as if they were in their own unit. I'm renting, so I will just look for another place.

Other things about the DNA 3 building are not bad, but the lack of noise attenuation means I have to give this 1 star...

I have lived in DNA2 prior to moving to DNA3 and it has been a completely different experience and not in a good way. DNA3 is so poorly managed. The management is rude, as is the security desk. Everything just seems to be a hassle, from booking rooms, elevators to the visitor parking situation - and it seems to be managements mission to make it as difficult as possible. If you're looking for a warm welcome - this is not the place for you. It is a beautiful condo but hopefully they will do something with the management of the building to cater to the residents.
