Great for couples

...Good for a young professional couple just moving in together. Still close to financial district, the building is maintained well and the upstairs patio is lovely.

It only goes up 16 floor which is great elevator-wise, the wait is never long. Has a really nice city view and a gym on the top floor so it's nice to look out to.

Age demographic is about 26-32, it's a quieter building than 126 Simcoe next door so there are no 22-year-olds running around partying on Thursday nights but that's not to say you can't do it. Just more amenable to families and couples...

Pros: Love the carpet in the hallways. The lobby looks posh. Elevator wait is the shortest I have seen in this area.

Cons: Only con I have found so far is that there is NO VISITOR PARKING in the building.
