Pros: Love the carpet in the hallways. The lobby looks posh. Elevator wait is the shortest I have seen in this area.

Cons: Only con I have found so far is that there is NO VISITOR PARKING in the building.

Pro:
Near to the Clubs - great for pre drinking before a night out Near Queen St W and Eatons for shopping Near King St W for awesome dining Near enough to Spadina for my Asian Grocery needs 3 mins to Osgoode Stn Decent Gym room

Cons: No nearby supermarket - except I think Rabba is supposed to come Condo construction next door - so you're probably looking at a big hole right now No visitor parking Access to highway - Gardiner or DVP is about 15 min

Conclusion: This place is great for you if: 1. you're a ttc person 2. you work downtown 3. you dont depend on car/ driving anywhere (driving in and out is a nightmare) 4. you dont expect a lot for amenities.. (you get what you pay for)
