High Park Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Awesome looking project! I think that must be right near Context's Home on the Park. Great views and the facade tells me there's some special one off suites within. Good job Northdrive! Nice first project for them.

I really like this project as well. The combination of wood + stone on the facade makes it distinctive and feel appropriate for the High Park neighbourhood. The scale is also perfectly suitable for this stretch of Bloor Street across from the park. I'm looking forward to seeing this project move forward.

I love everything about this project. The scale is just right, the design is gorgeous, and the combination of stone+wood looks unbelievable.

This is a huge improvement from the other High Park building. At the very least, the brick works with the structures surrounding High Park and its historic neighbourhood. The only negative is that it looks more like a high end hotel then a residential building.

Love the rendering however, floor to ceiling windows never appealed to me. Not sure what the fuss is about considering that the rendering of the building does not quite complement the community or its surrounding. Price is high for a condo and unless your family income is in a six figures range, might as well keep quiet and move along.

This boutique condominium residence is across from High Park... a rare opportunity to live across from green space. Being right on the subway line will make this development a great location to live or invest.
