NICE AMENITIES!

Great location! Nice amenities. Good amount of parking spots. The elevators are a problem, though. The city really screwed up by allowing so few elevators to service so many floors. Finishes are pretty basic but the views are great. A lot of students. If you're over 25 and like peace and quiet, not the building for you.

Convenient location. Great builder. Looks more beautiful outside than in though. Unit space could be better utilized.

happy with my investment

(5.0 out of 5 stars)

I've lived here for a year now and I understand some of the comments here due to the last management company (they were and made an absolute mess). NOW, I love this place. We are under new management, whoare an outstanding, new company. We now have 24-7 concierge and our maintenance fees didn't even go up? The place has done a complete 180 and I am beyond happy with my investment now. I don't plan on selling this for years to come.

Very bad infrastructure

(1.0 out of 5 stars)

Good looking from outside. Very bad infrastructure. Elevators and water system usually broken. 3 elevators for 45 floors, one is almost always out of service, even worse when one has been taken out of service for moving. Water boiler is out of service at least once a month. Water runs down inside walls. Mold suspected. Building management unwilling to fix issues. Would never recommend someone to buy in this building.

Bad first...

(4.0 out of 5 stars)
by Mark Savel Mar 05, 2017
Let's address the bad first... Yes, Murano is the building that had a series of falling glass from it's balconies. Although other condos in the City did too, Murano seemed to be the most notable one! The good is that the developer took swift action to minimize and further liabilities. They looked up access to balcony and installed nets to prevent any further instances of falling glass. Every single balcony pane of glass was replaced.

That minor setback aside, the building is a great addition to the Bay St. Corridor. Murano is a 2 phased condo with shared amenities space at the podium. It features a party room, gym, and pool (with retractable roof). Each building has it's own concierge and there is ample underground visitor parking. Every unit features at least one floor to ceiling glass wall!

Given it's location and proximity to U of T, Ryerson, and the Hospitals there is a large community of tenants as well as a healthy mix of end-users!
