Part converted loft, part new construction, The Printing Factory Lofts have character and style. Some units are live/work, some have wickedly big private terraces and all have sleek contemporary finishes and exposed concrete and ductwork. I haven't seen a layout I don't like yet. The Printing Factory is bigger than you expect it to be, and there are some townhomes that are part of this project too on Boston (which is one of my favourite streets in Leslieville).

There aren't a ton of amenities, just a concierge (though I'm not sure he's full time) and a meeting room. Make sure to have the status certificate reviewed by a good lawyer who knows condos - there have been some issues on it in the past.

Parking is at a premium on Carlaw but you literally have the best of Leslieville on your doorstep.
