Excellent building and tenants who work together in keeping the building as clean as possible. Very quiet building too. Management and staff are great; they respond to issues/requests fairly quickly and are open to feedback. My experience has only been positive since moving in last year.

This is a fantastic building....I've lived here for over 4 years and love how well they take care of it and how well it's built. The rooftop terrace is spectacular as well.

This is a somewhat inconspicuous building tucked between a few desirable neighborhoods in Toronto. It doesn't fall on most people's radar when they are hunting in the King West, Queen West or Entertainment district for a home. The art deco style of the building creates a unique facade and the building has impressive amenities. A 24-hour concierge, party room, billiards room, gym, visitor parking, and saunas are just some of the amenities. The finishes may not blow your mind, but if you want to be walking distance to the best of King West, Queen West, and the financial district, this is a fantastic option. You may need to invest into some aesthetic reno's to your home if you love the stainless steel and pre-engineered wood floors you see in new sales showrooms, but this can be done for a fraction of the cost of what you'd be paying for a newer building in the area.
