...I have been renting here for the past 3 months. Living here has been absolutely terrible. First of all, you are 300 metres away from a safe injection site. Say hello to passed-out addicts and needles all across your neighbourhood. Secondly, you are 100 metres away from Dundas Square, and I can hear all the crazy people yelling on their microphones 24/7. I am on a unit on the 21st floor and can still hear these people from 7 am - 11 pm every day with my doors and windows closed. I have even called 311 to complain but they say there is nothing they can do as these people are allowed to use microphones at Dundas Square. I sleep with earplugs the entire time too because you are on Yonge St which is a police/ambulance route. This is absolutely terrible. Cheap building with cheap materials, next to the GHETTO...
