One on my best friends recently purchased a unit here. Fantastic location and very central to the downtown core. The building features some of the best amenities that I have ever seen in this area. So much to do in this condo! great out door BBQ area! and FULLY equipped gym! no need for a gym membership anymore if you live here. The only downfall is that the unit layout is a little bit awkward and small for my liking's but I guess this is the best that's available for this area.
