...Pros: 1. Location Cons: 1. Front desk: the worst people do deal with. 1.1. Half of the people don't wear their masks properly 1.2. Just because tenants signed the waiver forms, they think they can lose half my packages, return them without telling me and be outright entitled to them 1.3. Ignores my emails and responses. Every time there is an issue, I have to escalate it to Duka Management to receive a response 2. Fire alarms every week, 2 elevators down every few days (30-minute line for the elevators), heater malfunctioned 7 times in the last 6 months, and water maintenance every month...

...Rude front desk Certain front desk staff has no idea what she’s doing. When asked why a delivery person is asking to speak to our unit, replied - “how the bell would I know?” As unprofessional as it gets. Management experience - frequent day-long heat and hot water outage with no signs of apologies or attempts to compensate. Only have automatic responses in email demanding “more patience” with no real update. Negative experience on management and front desk...

...This building is located in the financial district so very convenient for anyone who works in the area (but not now with the work-from-home situation). It is also close to the city hall, the malls, subway stations, etc. So that's what is good about it. I guess location is the selling point. However, the building quality is very poor. I don't even want to mention the elevator issue (3 out 5 down often) since it might happen to any building with high floors. The material used for the sinks absorb oils or anything greasy easily and is hard to clean. There are many sink backups and flooding. The wall is thin so either you hear people talking in the hallway while you are at home, or you hear people talking inside their unit while you are in the hallway. Plus, the walls start to crack and peel after around 2 years. What's more, they were in such a rush to finish the building that some floors don't even have a divider at the balcony so you and your neighbor can easily walk into each other's place... I heard people complain about no heating too. Anyways, there are a lot of constructions around so high noise level. The residents can be partying a lot and add to your stress level. Not sure if they are still doing Airbnbs a lot but there were accidents that need the involvement of Police in the past. That being said, I used to think it is ok to rent a unit in this building if you really want easy access to your workplace and don't mind the rent. But definitely not recommending a purchase!!!! Terrible!!!! With the Covid situation, I don't even know what is the point of renting a unit in this building. I provided honest feedback as a resident who lived in this building for 4 years and recently moved out because of how bad the building quality is and how unhelpful the management...

...I really don’t like this building sometimes they shut down water and sometimes electricity and sometimes lifts. And sinks always need to clean there because after 1 week otherwise sink filled with water...
