...I give them one star for the location and the security being helpful on the day I moved in. Other than that, you have to deal with neighbours smoking and throwing parties every day! The door in this building is insanely loud when you close and the wall is extremely thin. Overall! you can find a way much better place to rent at the same price...

...This building is located in the financial district so very convenient for anyone who works in the area (but not now with the work-from-home situation). It is also close to the city hall, the malls, subway stations, etc. So that's what is good about it. I guess location is the selling point. However, the building quality is very poor. I don't even want to mention the elevator issue (3 out 5 down often) since it might happen to any building with high floors. The material used for the sinks absorb oils or anything greasy easily and is hard to clean. There are many sink backups and flooding. The wall is thin so either you hear people talking in the hallway while you are at home, or you hear people talking inside their unit while you are in the hallway. Plus, the walls start to crack and peel after around 2 years. What's more, they were in such a rush to finish the building that some floors don't even have a divider at the balcony so you and your neighbor can easily walk into each other's place... I heard people complain about no heating too. Anyways, there are a lot of constructions around so high noise level. The residents can be partying a lot and add to your stress level. Not sure if they are still doing Airbnbs a lot but there were accidents that need the involvement of Police in the past. That being said, I used to think it is ok to rent a unit in this building if you really want easy access to your workplace and don't mind the rent. But definitely not recommending a purchase!!!! Terrible!!!! With the Covid situation, I don't even know what is the point of renting a unit in this building. I provided honest feedback as a resident who lived in this building for 4 years and recently moved out because of how bad the building quality is and how unhelpful the management...
