...A balcony was not built as per the original contract. Air conditioning not working in hot summer months. Showerhead and tub faucet leakage. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT blames the owner for the broken shower cartridge that is inside the faucet, saying that internal hot water / cold water crossover causing the leakage. They blame the drops of water are affecting the units below. Isn't water supposed to be drained down the pipe? This must be an INFRASTRUCTURE issue...
