1 Year Experience. Apartments are insanely tiny, 2 bedrooms mean one small bedroom + den with window, as well there is no place for even 2 seat sofa in the living room. A half-size (by vertical) dishwasher is quite useless, a "European style" fridge way smaller than the same Liebherr stuff in Europe (my own experience). The washing machine speaks Turkish :). The quality of the apartment is not good, the quality of assembly and other hand-made stuff is extremely poor. Overall building quality is not really good. No major issues but quite a bit amount of small ones. Doors and elevators in the building are the biggest problem and repair of those sometimes lasts forever. Like door in the guest parking area to the residential parking area is not working for 3+ months. Doors in the residential parking area periodically stop working. The side door to the building never worked correctly and so on. Windows washing was once during the year and the quality of that "washing" was quite bad. Due to building design that activity should be done more often for sure. You can face the situation when the loading dock is not working due to out of order elevator and you will have to use the main entrance or P1 level parking which is really insane. In my opinion, I would choose another building to buy/rent the condo which I finally did.

AMAZING PROJECT!

I cant wait until this project is complete!!!

I will be an exciting neighborhood with an ENTIRE block filled with residential homes, A park designed by Claude Cormier. The condo will feature an outdoor infinity pool with cabanas. Unique shopping experience at your door step, Innovative fine and casual dining, a boutique hotel, a fitness club that will rival some of the top clubs in Toronto.. Only steps to Young subway line, Uoft, Ryerson U, George Brown College, St Micheals Hospital, and the Financial District..
