...Don't be fooled by a sparkly paint job. Bedbugs in the hallway. Rats in walls. Constant yelling from crazies on speaker mics on Dundas Square... Can't wait to rent somewhere else. If you are reading this don't lock yourself in for 1 year in this dump...

...There are a lot of bed bugs in this unit, and crazy people from Dundas Square 1 block away. Would not recommend living here. You won't get a good night's sleep. Also, there are not any balconies and the unit's HVAC system is 30+ years old. It is not safe in the pandemic as you are breathing in stale air from your neighbor's (I can smell their cooking and air when they smoke in their units)...

...I have lived here for the past year and am so happy I can finally get out. I would not recommend anybody to rent or live here. This building is overflowing with bed bugs. I complain to management and they don't do anything about it. I would remove the bedbugs in my unit but they would keep coming back. They come in from neighboring units and from the carpet in the hallways. You can not get a full night's sleep in here. You will wake up covered in bed bug bites. It is SOOOOO DISGUSTING...

Excellent Management staff! Always very prompt to respond to any of my inquiries. Also, the condo has been kept in immaculate condition; they have also managed to keep the maintenance fees low and have made improvement to some facilities. The people living here are also very nice; a nice mixture of different nationalities and age groups.

As far as location goes.. it cant get better than this! SUPER central to the downtown core.
