...Don't be fooled by a sparkly paint job. Bedbugs in the hallway. Rats in walls. Constant yelling from crazies on speaker mics on Dundas Square... Can't wait to rent somewhere else. If you are reading this don't lock yourself in for 1 year in this dump...

...633 Bay is a garbage dump. This building is right across the street from the greyhound station and a safe injection site. There are a lot of lowlife prostitutes, drug dealers, and bikers coming and going in this building. If you ever confront them for noise or people traffic late at night in your shared hallways, they will intimidate you to shut you up. Great neighbors. NOT!!!

Excellent Management staff! Always very prompt to respond to any of my inquiries. Also, the condo has been kept in immaculate condition; they have also managed to keep the maintenance fees low and have made improvement to some facilities. The people living here are also very nice; a nice mixture of different nationalities and age groups.

As far as location goes.. it cant get better than this! SUPER central to the downtown core.
