Massive penthouse

One of our favourite buildings tucked away in King West. We sold this building pre-construction including the massive penthouse. Originally the views were amazing before the developer built Fashion House on the south side. Great floor plans here and nice finishes with engineered hardwood floors, Scavolini kitchens with granite counters, 10 ft exposed concrete ceilings and nice bathroom finishes.

With only 10 storey's this is a nice boutique building so you're not waiting forever for the elevator like a high rise building ;). No amenities but that keeps the condo fees down. This building also has a handful of visitor parking spots but that's it.

Not the greatest...depressed area and loud from nearby clubs. Inside does not look as big as advertised.
