The Pantages is a building with tons of potential! Popular thanks to it's walking distance location to: St. Mikes Hospital, Yonge and Dundas Square and The Eaton Centre to name a few local amenities.

The lobby is super modern and very appealing to first time visitors... sadly, that's where it ends. It's potential is in the fact that many of the units are dated and could use a fresh new look. The ones that have been facelifted tend to sell pretty quick!

Bedroom are of generous size and ceiling heights too! Having the front desk security is a big bonus as the location is quite busy.

Great Location: A very quiet Street - Steps to subway, shopping and entertainment. Very convenient.
