I actually attended a party a few years back at the unit shown in the pictures above. It's an incredible space and was just newly renovated. The unit was 3 floors. Basically you walked in to a small foyer and then went upstairs to the main living area. Bedroom(s) on 3rd floor.

The building itself is awesome. It's tucked away on a quiet residential street just south of Harbord (which is a particularly good street if you like to cycle). There's a small alleyway on the south side of the building that leads to the individual suites (though I'm not sure if this is for all of them). Lots of urban charm to this one. Bringing a friend (or other) over through the alleyway would score you serious urban chic points.

I can't comment on what the non-renovated suites look like, but clearly the bones are good - lots of potential. A perfect option for those you who want condo living, but don't want cookie cutter.
