The security is horrible!

(2.3 out of 5 stars)
by Chanel Nov 16, 2020
The security is horrible! They knock on my door all the time saying my neighbours complain about a "smell of smoke" when I smoke on the balcony. I have been here almost a year and they try to now start saying it's smoke-free. When everyone smokes on their balcony. It's a pandemic why should I risk going outside for a smoke. When I know well there is no smell this is an expensive condo and the hallways have strong ventilation for smells anyways you wouldn't smell anything...

Sketchy people who follow you into the building... apparent human trafficking / prostitution... Naive condo management which is stacked with Airbnb... The amenities are nice, but they are reserved for non-residents and many residents have moved out due as the units were turned into Airbnb... Do not recommend staying here, there have been stabbings, shootings, kidnappings and you can google all this information... No regard for the residents who live here.

Good luck living here

(2.6 out of 5 stars)
by Brandy Oct 26, 2020
This condo over the years has gone extremely downhill. It’s essentially become a hotel at this point. Always families/groups with their suitcases waiting for the elevator. Concierge gets changed every couple of months. The elevator always has issues. Sketchy people are always around. The only good thing about this building is the location. Very unfortunate as I used to love living here but it’s just been terrible now.

What a Mess

(1.0 out of 5 stars)
by Chan Aug 07, 2020
This building is a mess. Drug dealing...gangsters...criminal activity ...shoot out in Air BnB rental units. If you move in here, you'll need a bulletproof vest or a pitbull for protection.

Badly managed

(2.3 out of 5 stars)
by Anon Jul 03, 2019
Location is great, elevators, however, are not. I've lived here just under 2 years and I don't think one of the elevators for the low-rise has ever worked which leaves 2 elevators for 27 (not including parking) floors. To make it worse the other one has gone out/been decommissioned on a regular basis. I seriously regret moving to this building as building management just don't seem to care but will happily increase the maintenance fee. If you do look at moving here, seriously, be ready to take the stairs on a regular basis

Not impressed...

(3.0 out of 5 stars)
by Vivek Mittal Aug 04, 2017
I have not been impressed with this unit thus far. building itself looks good with nice amenities and good landscape. The units I have seen were not the best; it may be a good rental.

Much needed

(3.6 out of 5 stars)

I love the convenience of a Starbucks downstairs in the building. A short walking distance to Rogers Centre, Cn Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and only a 10 Minutes walk to St. Andrew Subway Station. This place overlooks Rogers Center with massive floor to ceiling windows. Open Concept, along with a designer Kitchen, 9' Ceiling. In my opinion the best part of this condo in the rooftop Infinity pool, cabanas & Bbq ares. The 24 Hr concierge is great and very nice staff!

A disaster!

(1.0 out of 5 stars)
by Anonymous Feb 14, 2017
This condo is a disaster! Let me explain why... Cons: 1- Short term rentals: The building allows short term rentals. A significant number of units are Airbnb or DelSuites or Maryam suites or Trillium suites or ... It's advertised as a hotel on the The building was not designed for such purpose. The lobby is a campsite for hotel guests! Elevators are not enough for the crowd. Some people rent units for crazy parties.

2- Security: The building lacks basic security features needed and used in almost all downtown buildings. People off the street can easily get access to your unit, use amenities, etc. Note that building has a history of gang activity shooting and kidnapping.

3- Management: Building manager is clueless about what he is doing. He doesn't have the knowledge and experience needed for managing a property of this size in this location. All problems are being covered up or ignored. Expect a crazy jump in maintenance fees when problems get to the surface.

Pros: 1- Location: Everything is in the walking distance.
