...The building is okay and the cleaning staff is lovely but that's where it ends. The building is primarily Airbnbs including loud parties, drinks left in the common areas and tons of traffic in and out making for an unsafe place. The Property Manager is shockingly unprofessional, seems to have zero knowledge of the condo rules or laws and is discriminatory towards disabled people. Handicap entrances also hardly ever work despite there being multiple disabled people who live in the building, there are tenants who allow their dogs to pee in the common areas and do not clean up after them and the concierge staff includes a man who has been known to stare at women...

Truly great building to live in. I've lived in many buildings in the area and this by far has the best management team. The staff actually know many of the residents by their names and really make you feel welcomed. I always feel proud to bring people over they don't plan on leaving this place. Alot of the buildings close by actually cost much more when I was shopping around to buy.
