Horrible property manager

...The maintenance fee increased year by year and we paid two girls (one young and one senior) in the management office for doing nothing. Always cannot find a superintendent. Don't know how and where they hired all these staff. Horrible property management! Wasting owners money...

Truly great building to live in. I've lived in many buildings in the area and this by far has the best management team. The staff actually know many of the residents by their names and really make you feel welcomed. I always feel proud to bring people over they don't plan on leaving this place. Alot of the buildings close by actually cost much more when I was shopping around to buy.
