This project is by a relatively new developer; Skale. I'm also not crazy about the area / neighborhood. At fist glace, the project looks to offer some very practical floor plans; high end finishing's; and great amenities based on the presentation material from the sales office.

The area is known for its night life party vibe atmosphere. Situated in Little Portugal; know for its live music events; some of this city's most popular venues. If your into the Art's you will also enjoy some of the best art exhibits. Estimated completion of this project is mid 2021.
