Great location! only steps to Lakeshore, and minutes to the Financial & Entertainment District. A street car to Union Station. I live in a 1+1 unit here; the den can easily be used as a 2nd bedroom. We really enjoy our full size balcony which both living & bedroom can access . The outdoor pool is very resort like feeling. Other amenities include bbq terrace, Billiard room, Exercise room, Party room, Guest suites & 24hrs concierge, along with ample visitor parking; which is a rarity in this area.
