The perfect place to live!

(5.0 out of 5 stars)

We've absolutely loved living here! We bought a unit here when the condo first opened. We can admit that there were a few bumps at first, but after the condo got into the groove of things, it's been great! We literally can't hear ANYTHING in other units - the sound insolation is amazing! The elevators are pretty quick and we love the front desk people. They are so friendly and get to know everyone and very efficient. The gym and pool are amazing, the best touch. We also love the area - how could you not! We love walking to new places and trying new restaurants as they pop up. Hope this helps!

Extremely Noisy

The doors are not soundproof at all. So if you live beside a family that has a screaming child, you will have the most miserable living situation. Unfortunately, it is just not worth it to be so miserable for so much money.

Good amenities, low quality

The amenities are great. The gym is spacious and has good equipment. The pool and hot tub are great. One out of three elevators is always out of service. The garbage shute is also often out of service. The quality and size of the units are horrific. The location and view are great.

Pretty Good!

Been a renter for about 8 months now... The building is fairly well maintained. Property management stays on top of the maintaining of the common elements and keeps residents up-to-date on all repairs/outages. The elevators were a bit of a problem for a month or two (as with many buildings), and the low number of elevator technicians in Toronto did not help the situation, but its been months without an elevator out of service for more than a day. The moving elevator can only be booked during off-peak hours on weekdays (9a-12p, 12p-3p, 6p-9p), and for 3 hours max I believe. Kitchen: The cabinets are already squeaking and the builder provided appliances are terrible. Overall decent construction quality in the unit. The amenities are good, the outdoor pool and hot tub are quite nice however only open from Mid-May through September. The gym has a couple of treadmills, bikes, rowers, a bench and free weights, and usually isn't packed. There are a large party room and lounge, barbeques, steam rooms, and a golf simulator as well. Parking: resident parking is below grade, public parking is above and rarely full. Noise between units is little to none, however, the doors are trash. I'm more likely to hear somebody down the hallway than I am to hear my neighbour. Units have individual heat pumps & AC so you can have either on at any time of the year. Hydro for me is about $50/m (1 bedroom). I live in the unit which (on most floors) is right next to the garbage chute. The noise mainly comes from people not closing the garage room door behind them while they put their trash down the chute (because unit doors are terrible). You can also hear trash coming down from the upper floors. I got used to it very easily, and you cannot use the chute after 10 or 11 pm so your sleep won't be disturbed. Additionally, your bathroom separates the chute from the bedroom. If you face west: 80% the view will essentially be gone by 2020 as there are 4 buildings going up simultaneously (as of this posting). Welcome to Toronto!

Amenities galore!

(4.0 out of 5 stars)

Excellent amenities! outdoor pool and hot tub, an amazing terrace to catch the rays, outdoor BBQ area, private dining area and lounge. I officially cancelled my gym membership because the gym here is fantastic! cardio training room, double-height yoga studio and steam rooms.

The Lounge with a wet bar is great. We had a few Bday parties there already; includes a kitchen and private dining room with a charming double-sided fireplace makes for a very classy private entertaining.

The is also a golf simulator and a games room along with a custom-designed billiards room.
